About Fiona

Counselling built on trust, honesty and respect.

Integrative, inclusive and person-centred counselling in Bideford and online throughout the UK.

How I practise

Integrative counselling in a relaxed environment.

I work integratively, which gives me the flexibility to draw on different therapeutic approaches and ways of working according to the person in front of me and what develops through our work together.

Counselling with me is often conversational, but it can also be creative, practical or experiential. Sometimes a different way of looking at or exploring something can help when words alone don't quite get there.

I work responsively rather than following a set programme or assuming the same approach will suit everyone. The way we work can develop and change over time, with the therapeutic relationship at the centre.
