Welcome

Hello, I’m Fiona.

My practice is completely inclusive and also neurodiversity-affirming, with or without a diagnosis. You don't need to fit a particular description or have a particular reason for coming to counselling.

At the heart of the work is a trusting therapeutic relationship. I offer a client-led, low-demand approach that makes space for whatever has brought you to counselling — whether you are navigating anxiety, burnout, bereavement, menopause, trauma or significant change, trying to understand yourself and your experiences more fully, or simply wanting someone to talk to.

Counselling is shaped around you as an individual, rather than expecting you to fit a particular way of working.

Support for a wide range of experiences.

Trauma-informed counselling

A trauma-informed approach, always at your pace.

Neurodiversity support

Support around neurodivergence, diagnosis at any age, identity, self-understanding and unmasking.

Anxiety & overwhelm

Support for anxiety, burnout, stress and emotional overwhelm.

Menopause support

Transitioning through menopause, hormonal changes and their impact on mental health.

Life transitions

Navigating change, relationships, work, identity and new beginnings.

Bereavement & grief

Compassionate support through bereavement and grief.

Starting counselling

Start with a conversation.

You do not need to be certain that counselling is right for you before getting in touch.

Send me a brief message about what you are looking for. We can arrange a free 15-minute telephone or online conversation to see whether we think we will work well together. It is an opportunity to ask questions, tell me a little about what you are looking for and see whether working together feels right.

There is no obligation to book a counselling session afterwards.
